Add Notifications to the App

• User taps on “Add” button to open the “Add Notification” Pop Up
• Check all Notifications user wants to use for the app
• Click Save to go back to Notifications section

User can add new template if needed by clicking on “New Template” Link

Click on the trash icon to remove notifcation from app.
