Add New Configuration
On Notification tab, click on "Add New Configuration" button
Select the notification type. Based to the type selected, fields are populated accordingly. Find the form and field definition for each notification type below.
Please find the definitions for the fields as follow
Name |
Any name identifier for the notification server |
Host |
This applies to email only and is the URL for the SMTP server |
Port |
This applies to email only and is the port number for the SMTP server whose URL is specified. |
Username |
Admin account user name for the SMTP server. Halosys uses this to communicate with the SMTP server in order to trigger email notifications |
Password |
Admin account password for the SMTP server. |
App Name |
Select the app to limit the notification server to that specific app. As an example if there is a healthcare app that needs to use HiPAA compliant secure notification servers for communication then that can be achieved using this configuration |
Twillio
Please find the definitions for the fields as follow
Name |
Any name identifier for the notification server |
From Number |
This is applicable to SMS notification type and is the notification senders phone number. |
Account SID |
An application SID is the way that a Twilio application is identified. An application is a container for a set of URLs and configurations that you can use for a phone number or a group of phone numbers. Using applications instead of individual URLs makes it easier to update all of your phone number configurations at one time in the case that your application moves. You can specify an application for Voice, SMS or for both. |
URL |
This applies to Twillio notification type only and is the API URL for Halosys to access their APIs. |
Password |
Admin account password for the SMTP server. |

Urban Airship
Please find the definitions for the fields as follow
Name |
Any name identifier for the notification server |
Application Key |
This applies to Urban Airship which is a push based notification type provider. It refers to the API key that is generated from Urban Airship's admin console. |
Master Secret |
This refers to master secret |
App Name |
Select the app to limit the notification server to that specific app. As an example if there is a healthcare app that needs to use HiPAA compliant secure notification servers for communication then that can be achieved using this configuration |
APNS
Please find the definitions for the fields as follow
Name |
Any name identifier for the notification server |
Password |
Admin account password for the SMTP server. |
Sandbox |
This shows Sandbox |
Certificate |
This is the certificate which has to be uploaded |

GCM
Please find the definitions for the fields as follow
Name |
Any name identifier for the notification server |
Key |
This applies to GCM which is a push based notification type provider. It refers to the API key that is generated from GCM's admin console. |

Select the app to limit the notification server to that specific app. As an example if there is a healthcare app that needs to use HiPAA compliant secure notification servers for communication then that can be achieved using this configuration |
